Stay far away!!! The reason for the one star review is not due to the following of the terms of reference but rather due to the unfavourable nature of the terms in Comtech's contracts used. The reason for the one star review is to alert other potential customers of this and that they should be wary of what they sign. Most competitors offer much better terms and much more favourable to the customers, especially when it comes to terminations. They accept the fact that it is a free market and don't hold their customers to ransom when they want to terminate. We have terminated various other agreements with various service providers nationwide, including yours. All terminations were dealt with professionally and without any threats or trying to hold us to ransom, except yours. It just shows, choose wisely when you decide on a service provider.

Excellent and efficient service. When we do have any problems with our phones it is normally solved the same day and if not then first thing the next morning. Would definitely recommend them.

Very good service!!! We had a major issue with our Conference Calling Facility which our previous provider could not resolve. Comtech sent out a Technician the next morning after I phoned them. Problem sorted within an hour! I will definitely move our PABX system over to them as soon as our current contract expires.
