On the 1st Aug 1948 my grandfather took out a funeral policy for his family. When he died my dad continued paying the policy for him and his siblings. When he wanted to do his annual payment Dec last year he was informed the policy now falls under your company. He has sent numerous emails and made calls but no one is coming back to him. My dad is 71 and this is causing allot of stress. Would appreciate someone contacting him.

My husband was involved in a car accident with their insured Wardens truck in march, now that they have to pay him after a 70/30 agreement to repair his car they no longer responding to his calls or emails after he signed a payment form. His been waiting for the money since September, very disappointed with them because their driver was in the wrong.

Phone numbers doesn’t exist when you try and phone them, don’t reply to mails, and this was to get insurance, I don’t even want to know what will happen when you need to claim. Would definitely not recommend.

I've never done business with this company but our the blue they take R47. 00 off my account. Cannot get much response from them. I don't recommend this company at all. They don't even answer there phone.

I'm very disappointed and disgusted with this company and rest assured i am taking steps to make sure that they pay for what they have done to my mother. my mother received the following message." Due to regulatory changes Constantia Insurance Company Limited needs to discontinue & cancel your (Living Legacy/Cover Grow) policy with effect from 31/03/20. Please do not be alarmed, we will call you over the next few days to explain everything." Up until this day they have not called or emailed to say anything. i tried calling them today but the people that they say can possibly assist me are unavailable. My sister is a lawyer and we will not take this laying down. My mother has been paying for this policy for almost 3 years and all of a sudden her policy is cancelled with no valid explanation. I will make sure the whole of South Africa knows about this scam of a company.

Received an email saying they are cancelling my policy. Up to this day, no phone call and they are not responding to any of my eight emails. I have been calling for 2 weeks, left messages for Michael Govender ext 4291( got his details from the a person in the complaints department). Next step: Complaint to the Onbudsman

HORRIBLE, SUCH A SCAM ! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING..
