I had an appointment with them to install a prepaid meter at 9am, they did not come not atleast call to apologize, i phone 2hours later and asked them to let a guy called Jaco to communicate with me, guess what.. He did not bother. I phoned again only then he said the the technician left the office 10min before i called. It is 12h00 and am still waiting.

TRASH COMPANY!!! these bills are inconsistent, one month im playing for 28 days, one month im paying for 31 days this month im finding myself paying for 38 days when i make payment on the same date every month on the 25th.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!! They charge you for electricity not used and don't want you to see your own meter readings directly from the meter box. Instead they give you a possibly tampared with picture of the meter readings and claim that it's proof of our monthly consumption knowing very well that pictures can easily be edited in this day and age

This company is not shy to steal from their consumers, the public. The average cost per Unit of electricity cost R0,98 per kWh in South Africa, this info can be found on Google. Constantia Metering charge R2,44 per kWh on there Prepaid per unit. That is still cheap, if you recharge after the 5th of the month they charge you R2,55 per unit. That is only the beginning, when you purchase your electricity on your online banking you get everytime a notification that the Service Provider indicates a debt of R10. To provide more info. You purchase R1'000 electricity, you only receive only R920, they take R80 for them. When you contact them they tell you they charge you what Tswhane charge them. Do they think the public is uneducated? They are stealing blatantly from the comsumer.

The worst customer service ever. I have struggled with my account for almost 2 months now. I have not received one invoice!! And no answer on a Friday 2 o'clock, they are suppose to be open until 4!!! This is unacceptable!!

Worst of the worst, our building just received a cut off letter from tshwane that clearly shows Constantia is R500 000 overdue on their account, we have been cut off with our electricity, not sure how such a company can still excist or even run, the staff is extremely rude no people skills terrible terrible.
