Absolutely useless. Even these words are a waste of time and space. Incompetence and neglect throughout the procedures and limited assistance and guidance. I am in Romania now and I will be reporting this organization in South Africa to a higher authority.

In May i traveled to Romania as a tourist. The visa application office in Cape Town was the worst I have ever encountered (and I am well traveled). The man was rude unhelpful and arrogant. I was about to cancel my trip and go to another country. The woman who came after me in the appointment was in tears and my wife had to assist her. Romania should be inviting tourists and encourage people to visit. I will never wish this experience on another traveler. In Romania it was very interesting and friendly people but the visa application guy should get another job because he does not know how to deal with people.
