I’m not sure who responds to emails, because the conversation that I had via email was totally disregarded when we went in for our son’s passport. It would be helpful to have someone who’s not a busy body responding to emails and giving word and promises that don’t hold any water. Please give the responsibility to someone with proper authority.

I was able to quickly arrange an appointment. When I arrived I was seen quickly and everything was sorted in a matter of about just over an hour. Compared to SA Home Affairs citizen services, this went extremely quickly.

Kudos to the staff at the US Consulate. Thank you for your professionalism, efficiency and care. I had my interview at the consulate on February 11th, 08:15. I got my visa approved after a really short interview. I received my passport with my visa 2 days later! Once again, thank you so much for all the work you do.
