My experience was great, took a little long to receive my couch - the promise was 2 weeks but due to the impact of covid-19 got my couch after 4 weeks. Stephen and Bradley were a great big help. Couch arrived, really great quality the colour of the fabric is amazing. Thanks guys

I have purchased a lounge suite from this establishment and I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for my purchase to be delivered. The owner (Marco) is never available and his 2 apparent direct contact numbers are always off, last coms with him was a week ago where he promised to deliver on the 21st of December, this never materialized and he cannot be reached. Their showroom contact number listed, never gets answered. This leaves me no choice but to contact the CPA and take the legal approach to get my money back. Refer Hello Peter for more customers treated in the same manner or worse. Update 02 February 2021 Forced to go the legal route, contacted attorneys last week and will be in contact with the ombudsman later today and thereafter it's off to court.

Bad service, ordered a desk in August, waited two months still no desk asked for a refund waiting 2 weeks now and no refund. We will be contacting the police and banks to advise this company is busy with fraud, quick to take your money but no delivery or refund. Marco the owner does not answer his phone and the staff keep putting you promising to refund yet nothing happens. Cart Blanche needs to shut them down!!

Do not use this company! They are frauds and The Management is shocking and no is there to help you. After speaking to a salesman (Stephen) I understood that I could pay off the couch after delivery. Long story short this was not the case. Marco (one of the Owners) contacted me to say I don’t understand how they work. I do not care if you don’t do credit, I have Legal proof that your employee said I can pay it off at a later stage and then for you to call and berate me on what I know. I demand a refund of my deposit Over 7 business days ago, Bradley (Manager) never answers calls, messages or WhatsApps. I hope you business goes bankrupt!!

After waiting more than a month for our couch, Marco called me. This resulted in him swearing at me. I am absolutely horrified at the disgusting experience. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ALL YOU WILL RECEIVE IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING SWORN AT.

This has been the worst service of my entire life. I have been awaiting a refund from these people for over 2 months now for R2000 and they keep making empty promises. Owners Robin and Marco not available to refund but able to take money from people. Gregory is the biggest criminal of them all, lying and promising services and you never receice your goods then they don't refund. Just a scheme to scam the people. Be careful of these people and I will be contacting my lawyers and fnb regarding these people they need to be shut down. Sies

UPDATE: Finally got my two wingback chairs after a stressful 3 months and two weeks when Gregory promised it would take only a month. After 3 months, I rented a trailer to collect the chairs because someone sent an sms saying the chairs are ready. When I arrived, the chairs were not ready, when waiting (don't trust the old man who works there) I was subsequently pushed around by the owner, Marco and verbally abused in front of my wife. Marco called to apologies the following day and promised to deliver by the end of the week. When the chairs were finally delivered the strap lining was put together by silicon or glue which came off after two weeks. The silver living is I got the chairs. Would I go back to the store? Hell NO
