Wow. What An amazing shopping experience. Renate you are an absolute gem. You are warm, engaging, and your happy, bubbly personality is so infectious. I left this store feeling great and I normally loathe going anywhere near a shop. The linen is of great quality and reasonably priced. I Was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to mortgage my house to buy good quality merchandise. Egyptian of course. Ronewa the cashier was friendly and efficient. Ladies, thank you. Stars awarded for the plus points: - Quality of products - Value for money - A couple of welcoming ladies and a friendly man who works there Negative part: The poor point which impacts the whole atmosphere at Park Meadows store is the manager, Renata. Mostly seated behind her desk in store, we've heard her gossiping about others (staff members, clients) and you know immediately what mood she's in when you enter the store because this dictates the mood of the staff and the overall atmosphere which also dictates whether you get greeted by the team when entering or leaving the store. It's sad that one person negatively impacts it all and you notice the staff cringing at their tills, keeping their heads down. It makes it very uncomfortable and I go there a lot less than I used to.
