A big thank you to the repairs department! My Barco monitor was inspected at their workshop and no fault was found. It turned out that the fault was caused by a cable on our end. We needed the monitor, which is used to look at x rays, repaired as quickly as possible. All in the course of 2 days and they didn't even charge for this!
