Saw the previous review and expected issues when phoning through. However, the Receptionist was helpful, friendly and made the necessary arrangements in a professional and efficient manner. Looking forward to meeting with Dr Cooper to see how that goes.

Dec 2019: My review below not only stands firm, but is reaffirmed further. My extensive cancer surgery was only made tolerable, due to the compassion & support from Betsie at Reception and Dr Cooper. If anyone you love is facing surgery; you can rest assured they could not be in better hands if you elect to go through Dr Cooper. I cannot express my gratitude enough for both of them, and thank God for directing me to Dr Cooper's office. --------------- October 2019: After seeing two previous surgeons and electing not to proceed with either, due to their lack of ethics and appaling bedside manner, I sought out an alternative. What a Godsend Dr Cooper was! I cannot express enough the difference in attitude, patient care, understanding and competency. He epitomises the ultimate in a surgeon living the Hippocratic Oath. Both Dr Cooper and his Receptionist Betsie were wonderful. I could not have found a better Surgeon to walk this path with me. Thank you Dr Cooper and Betsie for restoring my faith in the process.

Your recption/practice manageris the first point of contact between the DR and the patient. I am not sure if i want to go ahead with my surgery due to her rudeness and unprofessional behavior on email. I have not even reached the point of an appointment yet and i am really feeling uncomfortable if it was not with regards to the family recommendations about the DR i would not bother going further. I will review my review after my consultation ...
