My one son is at Cooper, my younger is at Magic Beings. I find the school outstanding, the education level is very high and my son managed to achieve one of the best results in his class. Their development is well nurtured, and I find the staff friendly and kind. All the security guards at any gate know each and every child's name. I see some of the reviews below and have to admit that my experience is vastly different. But I think its difficult to please everyone. All the parents I talk to are very happy with the school as a whole I have even spoken to parents who had to move their children due to relocation, and they admit that Cooper was better than their new schools. The school is kept immaculately clean and tidy and the environment is conducive to very happy children. Both of mine are very happy with life there. Cooper offers the Cambridge education, which I think in time will see more value in SA as our own education system erodes away. Be wary of people who are disgruntled and then post negativity all over the place because their every whim was not met. I too am a business owner and can assure that it is not possible to please everyone, and sometimes it just goes wrong with a particular person. (Admittedly its always the same people.)

I specifically went looking for a school that could cater to my children's needs. At my first meeting with Louise after telling her about my children she assured me their school could cater to their needs. After the first week there I realised they couldn't, I had a meeting with the grade 1 head and everything discussed in the meeting was not followed through. My sons teacher admitted to not coping with her class and threats to the children were made to make them behave. My daughter was struggling, teachers asked to speak to me and I replied any time, not one of the 3 teachers got back to me. After 6 weeks there my children were under severe emotional stress. Their principal Muller isn't interested in sorting out problems and admitting her school is wrong and Louise is a liar. She would rather send you a lawyers letter saying you are a liar. They say on their website they have a holistic approach to teaching and they see the child as an individual, absolute bullshit!! The well being of the child isn't put first, its all about taking your money! Louise isn't even qualified to be taking the first meeting and assuring parents of their school because she isn't even qualified to understand or comprehend the needs of children! But oh wait she's their receptionist and finance department too who thinks she can charge you what ever she pleases even if its against their own terms and conditions which become void as she lied! lying cow! I am absolutely fuming that a receptionist has been allowed to mess with the education of my children and lied to their new school that I had to prove her wrong to them, I am absolutely discussed that a school has been allowed to put money before the education of children, it needs to come to a stop!

Not a good experience at the crèche. They don't follow through with requirements, keep the kids in a very cold room as the aircon is on full blast resulting in many getting sick. No sense about hygiene at all as we often reminded them not to put our kids shoes with her lunch but they continue to do so. Money-making scheme in every respect as we have to pay for December when the school is closed the whole month. Don't send your kids here - waste of money and you don't get the value you would expect.

Cooper College is THE place to be, I love working here! The students are friendly and kind, they have time for everything like work, play and making new friends everyday.

My child used to go to the creche. He returned from school one day with 5 marks / lacerations under one of his armpits. Never received official communication from the school as to what actually transpired. They did investigate but I received nothing formal on the incident. Immediately removed him from the school as I didn't trust their quality of child care and accountability for the incident.
