Poor Service. Bought a leather couch. After delivery we ordered a one seater extension unit (that cost nearly a 3rd of the original purchase price!!) It arrived without the clip in bracket. Clearwater staff told us "that's how it comes"... Hello!! Logic it is an extension unit - not designed to be a free standing unit! Why is it an issue to get the bracket? We are even willing to pay for it... It would be easier to book a trip to the moon, than dealing with Clearwater staff to order a bracket from the factory!! Nearly 2 weeks later, after an official email "complaint" we are still waiting for an answer!!

Very average service-went in to select couch colors and take samples to my wife-after. The display had few left(if one or two of the not popular ones). Manager and sales rep had 30 second “check” in the back and said there was nothing available-other manger/sales person was having loud phone conversation-I can see why the store was basically empty.

Poor service, the staff cannot help you take the goods to your vehicle.You have to do it yourself. We waited 4 months for the goods,the least they can do is offer good some service.

Price hiking. A dinning table was R8499 few days before March end, and It is now R9499 in May. More than 15% increase when including delivery. When i asked the manager to justify the price, she said it's because all items are imported. Then i answered and said, import how...because all imports are prohibited during COVID-19 pandemic. The sad part is that i had cash to buy but ended up not buying.

Shocking service from this branch. Won't recommend this store at all. We ordered dining room chairs on the 5th of November, the sales assistance promised that delivery will take place the week before Christmas. Today, the 23rd of December, no one in Coricraft has an idea the whereabouts of these chairs. Somewhere between Cape Town and Johannesburg!? The branch manager manner of communicating with a customer is just as shocking!

Starting to believe that Coricraft does not value the customer experience. The manager and sale rep made me feel like they did me a huge favor on the price which was the advertise priced. They say they will keep you informed during the process but they never do. It's been a month and I have heard nothing on a headboard I bought. This is the second time for this year I am experiencing this bad service. I thought by trying another store the experience might change but I was wrong.

Very unhappy about service received from Coricraft. We placed our order on 11 November and were promised delivery before Christmas. On 24 December we received 2 wingbacks and the wrong 3 seater. Today 30 December we received 2 recliners still no 3 seater. Phones ring with no answer and when you eventually get through they don't know what's going on or drop the call without even staying goodbye. Very unorganized and very unprofessional.
