Craig is a wonderful person and I was very keen to have him do our garden. He suggested a rock garden to retain soil at the back end of a pool. Initially we liked the idea but after further thought and discussion with Craig my wife and myself decided the rock garden was not for us for the intended purpose and that we would like to install the rock garden elsewhere in the garden along with a firepit. I asked Craig to please split his quotation to separate the Rock garden from the rest of the work which he responded he would. A short while later I received a WhatsApp from Craig that said that he cannot do my 3 day job because he just got a big job that will last him till winter and he cannot therefore do my garden. I am hurt and disappointed that Craig feels he can treat good paying customers this way. It's a shame

Craig Francis and his highly qualified, kind and efficient team created an oasis in our small garden. Craig's work, and eye for natural beauty, not only achieved this within 3 1/2 days but within that time time, designed a childhood dream I have had - a firepit - which, on a clear JHB night, one may enjoy the African stars and taste the hint of Savannah. I highly recommend Country Life Gardens, not simply for the garden they transformed but also their professional, quirky-fun passion for everything green and natural!

Craig from Country Life Gardens did a major overhaul of our small garden about 2 years ago, and we gave him free reign to decide on the plant types and placement. 2 years later I can see the long term vision he had when designing our garden, coming to fruition. Our garden is really beautiful and stays green all year round with lots of summer colour, a really pleasant space to spend time in. Was such a pleasure working with Craig and hi's team.

Fantastic and passionate gardening and landscaping experts at a reasonable price! Craig (the owner) responded quickly to my email query and promptly came to the property to give a quote; he listened to my ideas and suggestions and built on them using his decades of experience to really make it a reality. Not only was working with the team a great experience; reliable, on-time, did what they said they would etc, but there's literally nothing Craig didn't know, and I asked lots of questions. It took two days to overhaul the entire garden, and at the end of it I knew how to maintain it and why each plant was where it was. The team also helped out with small odds and ends that were not on the quote; if it would make the end result better. Definitely a company passionate about gardening. Highly recommend.
