I fail to understand how a parcel with a waybill reflecting the correct address can be delivered to the wrong address. No responsibility taken by CourierIt to ensure that the correct person, as reflected on the Waybill, signs for the parcel. The call center is not interested in resolving the matter and do not return calls after committing to do so. They take absolutely no responsibility for the absolute poor service offered at a price that ill compares to their competitors.

Totally disappointed. My package whould have been delivered yesterday, only to see when I track it that there was an address problem. Emailed today and ask what's going on, just to be told that it will be delivered today. Once again, logged in to see what's going on, and found that it was on a MisRoute.

Expecting delivery on 16/04/21, as parcel left JHB at 07:21 according to waybill. Sitting whole day waiting for delivery and nothing. No call from them, worst delivery service. Will only receive parcel on Monday, probably have to sit at home the whole of Monday also.

You have to lower your expectations, then lower them a bit more and once you have lowered them a third time you might resemble some form of satisfaction as a customer. My order has been out for delivery for two days and I’ve called and received time of delivery estimates and those were not met. I would not recommend using this company for the apparent core business function.

First thing you do is, come to terms with the fact that they don't, nor will they ever give the slightest attention to how frustrated you are or how important your parcel is. Secondly, you accept the fact that the fragility of your parcel is just a novelty and not in anyway an indication of how it should be handled. Lastly, lower your expectations. Then lower it substantially more. Then and only then will you be happy with their service delivery. There is no way to accurately describe the sheer rude, incompetent and ineffective staff and drivers. I have worked with some really bad companies but this one is beyond compare. Just don't even consider dealing with them and insist on your supplier to use someone else, just trust me on this.

Their driver was unable to find a home simple address. I had to phone 6 times to get through to an extremely rude call centre agent who hung up on me whilst arranging delivery. At one point I was advised to come and collect the parcel at their branch. What is the point of a courier company that cannot deliver parcels??? I honestly think the South African Post Office is more efficient than these guys. 0 stars. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND IN MY LIFE.

Customer service agent I dealt with was very helpful and provided clear detail regarding my order, called the driver whilst I was on the line to give me an eta so I was very impressed with that. I would give a higher score but the receptionist or whomever it is that answers the call, is rude and has a "don't care attitude" . If you call and do not respond in a single second they will cut the call on you so my advice is, do not multitask whilst doing this.
