I have dealt with CTM Lonehill for the 4 past years. The staff are most helpful and efficient. Should make you wait, there is a coffe bar and they give you complimentary coffee. The store is well stocked tiles for all walls, floors, showers, baths, the latest modern look for storage vanities, mirrors baths, taps, and bathroom accessories. Everything you need , can be found. I love the specials that come in all stock. They keep you on their books and recognize you which makes any potential client happy. Jolly good for them and I wish them the best of luck.

I had to ask security to call a salesman after walking around for 10 minutes. The salesman then got the order wrong, even after I gave him the quote from CTM Northriding. I had to then ask someone else to call the person at dispatch, as there was nobody to assist. I was referred here by CTM Northriding, but certainly will not come back unless it is the only store that has the stock i want. I can now see why they always have stock, with service like this, they probably don't sell a lot.
Prices great, staff try to be helpful but communication poor. Delivery unreliable.
Danny and Johannes are awesome, excellent customer service. I would like to take a moment and remember Rudy who passed away. He was an incredible longstanding member of the CTM team
Only had 3 staff members on a busy day! And 1 of the 3 staff members was a cashier. We waited more than a half an hour for some one to assist. We eventually left! Nobody assisted us. Very disappointing CTM!
Value for money, great options. Even though some stock was not available at this particular branch, they organized delivery from another. A one stop for everything I needed and friendly, helpful staff.
