I really loved my experience there the store is beautifully laid out and the tile displays are great one gets a really good idea on how the tiles will look in the home. I will most certainly be buying the tiles I want from CTM. They also have an installation team so one is fully sorted.

Besides the manager Gavin , the service is extremely poor !!. They are understaffed & rude at the dispatch area , we waited for 35 minutes for a small order , while half of the staff are talking to each other on the floor. While waiting we ordered a sandwich from the Cafe. The lady working at the Cafe is so unprofessional and unhygienic . She does not use her mask properly , she takes cheese with her bare hand out of a tub and puts it on your sandwich , then stops everything and phones friends while you should wait. Its disgusting and unprofessional.
The shop is well organized and products prominently displayed. Stock is out of sight but still in the shop behind displays. The handheld unit gives a comlete detailed hardcopy quote for the need you have. Only drawback is the huge size of practically all tiles. Very few normal sized tiles. But still: Impressive!
