I asked SAfron if I could see her laser qualifications as she said that she has them. I expressed that I was nervous as there isn't much feedback on Facebook. She responded that I am "insulting her" and that I must rather "contact the laser clinic in century city". So she refused to help me as I am nervous and worried about getting a tattoo removed by a home salon. I really don't feel like this type of business should be allowed to even have customers. . Maybe a lucky escape for me.

Do a Google search for tattoo removal. Come across Ctrl AltDel and see great reviews. Dial the number and a lady answers, so I politely ask who's speaking. Answer: "who do you want to speak to?". Really? This is a number associated with a business/company name; of course I don't know who will be answering the phone. Why not simply answer me with: "you're speaking to X, Y or Z" and take it from there? To the lady who answered the phone: you put me off completely. I was expecting a friendly, professional response, not snottiness. What a disappointing experience.
