On holiday here from Cape Town. Needed a new valve and some tyre sealant for a wheel that was leaking air. The service department was over booked however one of the ladies made a plan and offered to sort the wheel out herself within the hour. Very impressed. Will definitely support them again next time I need something when I'm out this way again. Thanks again for accommodating us.

Not the first time someone driving a cycles HQ vehicle has pulled out in front of me with no apology. And then looks at me as if I have done something wrong. Learn how to drive. If this is how you are in traffic I can only imagine how you would treat a customer.

I wouldn't recommend this shop to any cyclist. These staff think they are rocket scientists. They are very unfriendly and will not provide any advice. They just want your money.
