I bought a new mountain bike from Lynnwood branch. The transaction started via their website message service with sales agent Jacques at 19h00 on a Friday (even after hours they were very helpful). On Saturday a WhatsApp group was created with all parties involved. Engela did the quote, Peter arranged the finance and negotiated a better interest rate (thanks Peter), Deon did the measurements and adjusted the set up. I collected my bike within a week since the initial contact with Cycle Lab. From this experience I will certainly do business with them again.

A really nice cycling store. Their pricing is better than you might expect - you can find very well priced items although there is also a lot of very expensive items. The store is clean and well laid out, and they a very good selection of products. Their service is friendly when you eventually receive it. I have sent a long time.e in the store on more than one occasion with no assistance offered - even though several staff members walked past me.
Bought my first road bicycle from cycle lab. I was assisted by Daniel Alikisente who provided an excellent service with good advise. I highly recommend him as a salesman.
