Very unpleasant experience! These people seem to think that we as patrons are privileged to be at their venue, but the true reality is... They are complacent in the fact that it is our privileged to be there ... x3 types of wine that was requested not in stock.. Calamari incorrectly severed.. Potatoes and hard.... Waiter didnt have an understanding of what was required that alone is/was a concern! ....... We did enjoy the venue and will give them another chance... Fair!

We had our year end function there. The venue was really good and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing. For starters I had the lobster salad. The main was a lamb shank, which was tender. I would definitely go back.

This is a beautiful restaurant with a unique setting. A tasty food menu and a good range of drinks, try the long island ice tea, it's not on the menu. The staff are patient and well versed in their menu which doest disappoint.their chilli is very hot and you will enjoy the good atmosphere. Definitely a diamond in the rough.

Had lunch here to celebrate one of my friend's birthday. The place looks like a fancy house converted into a restaurant. Food was good, service was a bit slow but not too much of a problem, and the service was good.

I had a family birthday dinner here and I really enjoyed myself. The staff are very well trained, friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make the evening truly amazing. The food was authentic and delicious and great value for money. I had the hand made beef ravioli, the portion was a bit small if you're hungry but I'd definitely recommend it. It has a very nice Italian ambience with simple decor and beautiful fairy lights. There is also a projector for sports fan. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys authentic Italian dishes with a quaint ambience.

Went here for valentine's dinner with our twin girls. Arrived very early to beat the dinner rush. Food was generally ok to good but service was quite lacking. We did not know who our dedicated waiter was and just kept asking whoever was the closest. Had to ask a few times for the pizza we ordered for the babies. Waiters also seemed very confused as to what was part of the set menu and what wasn't. If we ordered from the a la cartel menu they were not sure if they could do the dish and had to check each time. Had to ask for simple things such as salt and pepper and lemon for the water we ordered on more than one occasion. Bottle of wine we ordered was never topped up. Felt very much like they gave you your stuff and left you to your own devices. The halloumi starter was good and well portioned sizes. The shrimp avoid starter was small with very few shrimp and alot of salad to fill the plate. Mains was the leg of lamb and Norwegian salmon. Both were good but needed a sauce of some kind but it was just too much hassle to get a waiters attention and ask for it. The chocolate milkshake was very good and the babies really enjoyed some of this. The babies were rather fussy by this point so we had our dessert to go. It took a while for them to pack our food for takeaway. The bill eventually came but was incorrect and under charged so we had to wait even longer while this was corrected. Overall a slightly disappointing experience given that the food was not too bad but the service was sorely lacking

Decently priced Italian food that fills the right spot. The food is of a great standard. And has a very beautiful building that is spacious and relaxing. There are a a few cats roaming around but the place is very clean and you may decided whether the cats are a good or a bad thing. The beers are a tad more expensive than I expected. I can't even think of a reason for their prices other than greed. Overall a nice experience. It seems to be perfect for year end functions.
