A safe and home feeling gym with vast amounts of equipment and great fitness opportunities for both males and females.
Nice. They even have an MMA arena now, classes and training. You pay R200 pm"uncontracted" and can visit both gyms with that. Value for money indeed. 12 to 24 MO th contracts are even cheaper.
