I just want thank Dean's for the best service I have ever experienced. Very helpfull staff and quick reaction to my stationery. Paid late for my kids stationery and they handled it with no problem. You guys are great.
I somehow missed the deadline for my child's stationery pack, i ordered on line and the pack was delivered to my door in a few days. Well done.
I paid for stationery pack prior to deadline but never heard back from Deans until school started 3 months later ( only because I had to contact them again and ask where is my pack), and I had to do shopping for my kid last minute. We all know how much trouble that is.
I was originally unsatisfied, and looking back, it was over a trivial detail. However, someone from Dean's reached out to me and was very concerned that I was unhappy. She saw the issue and committed to looking at improvements. With this kind of customer service, I would highly recommend using Dean's.
