Debt Rescue is absolutely useless! You pay them admin fees that has no value to you as client. You can not get any information out of them! PLEASE DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are point blank USELESS! One star because that is the lowest rating google allows, I give you -5 Stars

Not even worth a rating as they are useless, not paying my accounts, other peoples accounts are being paid with my money. No one can give you answers as to whats going on as you can only contact them via email and they never respond.
Absolutely shocking service. No response to email. Kept on hold for 30 mins. No managers available to escalate issues. Consultants that have the ability to correct issues, but refuse as its "Not assigned to them". To name but a FEW of the many issues.
SHOCKING SERVICE, I should've just contacted the creditors directly and done all this work myself. Wesbank keeps complaining to me that Debt Rescue is behind on payments with them and when you call Debt Rescue they say "You are fully up to date with all payments" then when you ask how much you owe them they have to manually calculate it THEN they will say "Oh you do owe us such and such" (R500 which does not add up with Wesbank's). They NEVER communicate to Us about what is going on instead Wesbank will just call me and ruin my day. If I don't do "quality checks" like I am a manager of their company it would've been highly likely that Wesbank could've shown up at my door to try and take my car. Also there seems to be never ending legal paperwork that I need to fill in and their Lawyers even lost my affidavit paperwork and accused me of never even handing said paperwork in.
Poor quality i wish i can give a zero. When you finish all your debt you cant reach anyone to handle your case to remove you of debt rescue. I would not recommend anyone.
Worst service received in my life. After asking for 2 months plus for assistance and doing everything myself, I still receive no feedback. 2 months for a clearance certificate?! Good people, look for alternative options... debt rescue is not the way to go if you like feedback and some degree of service
Urg, rather get yourself out of debt. This company should not be giving advise on Radio before sorting out internal issues. Ps. It's not due to Covid - this has been a long standing issue.
