Never had so much trouble before. From the beginning almost 5 years back i had problems ,never sorted after calling and mailing them over and over .They dont come back to you and after a while just tells you sorry we cant do anything about if .im more in arreas now than i was ever before because of them

Responds is non existing; companies under review.call you 5 times a day requesting payment due to no payment from debtsafe side... Mails sent ... Calls made.... No response. And so the Companies keep on calling ... Makes you wonder because statement shows other wise... And this after almost 4 years . ...
Poor poor service i have had so many RMs they never followed up with me and my creditors since 2013, now i owe the creditors more than i did owe when i joined, and now after a big struggle since about january thry send me a updated statement with outstanding balances and a new payment plan wanting me to pay 3000 more per month pathetic where has all my payments gone to since 2013
You get feedback after decades from debtsafe and they take people for granted. They need to understand that no one wants to be under debt review for the rest of their lives, so they need to make sure they close and remove someone off debt review once they have been with them for then 3-4 years, considering that the debt is not alot or more then buying a car. I have never missed a debit order, so I dont understand why I'm still under debt review. I'm extremely disappointed at the service I'm getting. Emails and call are never responded or answered.
I am utterly disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism from Debtsafe. I was assisting a friend of mine with his debts and we did everything they wanted of him. Then his payday drew closer and we were trying to get a way forward from debtsafe and we no assistance whatsoever. What they did tell him is that they will be debiting money from him when he gets paid, so in other words this is just another money making scheme from financially vulnerable people. The relationship consultants are so unhelpful, once we sent his documents through they did not get back to us and claimed they had sent me an email which I never received. When I called in she acted like all was well when in actual fact my friend was in such a panic because of all these debts he has.
If I could, I would give then zero stars. These guys are the worst. I will never recommend them to anyone even if they were the last people standing.
Horrible service, extremely difficult to get hold of relationship manager, hardly return calls. Calling for a week and never return my call, I don't understand how you got ranked.
Horrendous service. I have been trying to get hold of my consultant "Martha" for three weeks with no response. This is my second consultant and I had the same problem with the last one. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS if you want professional service.
