Lot's of space and we'll kept. Victor and his team are keen to ensure your visit is pleasant and will check on you from time to time. The ablutions are kept clean but are a bit far. The lawns were neatly cut. We could have done with a bit more shade and a tap closer to our site but overall it was a pleasant experience. Perfect for fishing, boating, water skiing and jet skiing.

It was nice and peaceful, enjoyed the facilities and bathrooms were well kept, dam levels were low but still got a chance to be in the water and enjoy the long walk down to there. Thanks to Victor for being a great host
Great launch for boats and Skis. Not too expensive and you don't have to be a club member. Facilities are decent and we'll maintained.
Lack of maintenance, ablution facilities need lots of attention and are far from the stands, doors don't close properly. There are too few taps for the stands, you need to walk far to get water. The grass was long, had no power at the stand the Sunday, resort needs to be vacated before 9 am the following morning. With a little, more attention and effort can be a lovely report. Ideal spot for Fishermen that want to rough it.
My overall experience is good but unfortunately the toilets is a disgrace. They are far from the camping sites and as a woman felt very unsafe going to the toilet alone at night. The step is to high... I had to assist an older lady to get into the bathroom as she couldn't get up the step. The doors don't line up so you can't lock the toilet door. At a beautiful place like Laboya an upgrade on toilet facilities is a must...

This was my 2nd stay at Leboya. Where the first stay was great.....we packed up early due to the electricity being off since 21:15 to 07:00 meaning no coffee or shower. The cleaner mentioned solar pannels....well if that is the case I am disgusted. All the surrounding resorts had electricity so it was not load shedding. I phone Robert twice to aske for assistance and left voicemail messages. I wanted a refund of R500 (day tarriff and the shaded stand with electricity) when we left befor 08:00 a day earlier than paid for due to the inconvenience of no electricity. I still have not heard back from them and I am at home and hat a nice hot cup of coffee and a bath. It is a shame that this is the case as I really enjoy the stands and althouhg the bathrooms are a bitt basic it is ideal for a quick fishing getaway. But left in the darkness will keep me away?
We had a very pleasant experience at Leboya Bay. The care taker who greeted us was awesome. We will definitely go back.
