Edit: My second visit went something like this - Me : so who do you think is going to win elections Doctor : *removes nitrous mask* Me : did you start yet One wisdom tooth removal and a root canal later Doctor : yes we are done. I 100% suggest going here before you try anywhere else. This is the gold standard of dentistry. I felt nothing I didnt even know he started. Went there for the first time today and it was a breath of fresh air. The dentist and dental assistant are the most welcoming people. They even had the nitrous ready in the event that the consultation led to a procedure. I was terrified up until this day but some wisdom that was imparted on me from the dentist himself was that trust is the building block to conquer fears. Any dentist who takes the time to address a psychological problem before the actual teeth issue gets my recommendation. Keen on returning. The receptionists are very conversational and it makes for a very warm welcome. Like meeting a friend and catching up .. instantly killed the nerves. Thank you!

The dentist is amazing, and professional. Unfortunately I won't be going back as I cannot say the same about Sonia, the woman who manages the front desk. To be frank, I am in a customer service position and would be fired if I addressed customers with even a percentage of the same manner. She is reactive and passive-aggressive, with no attempt at de-escalation or resolution. Twice, someone else has stepped in to de-escalate a situation for her because she herself would rather walk out or hang up on you if you upset her in some way or another. Surely that in itself speaks volumes?
