Didn't meet my expectations at all. My husband and I were booked for a cleaning and we felt that the Oral Hygienist was far too rough. My teeth are still in so much pain a day later and taking pain killers hasn't done much to help. My husband's experience wasn't any better as his bottom lip was punctured by one of the dental tools during cleaning and he now has an open wound in his mouth. On top of this, I was booked for a check up as well but I didn't even get to see the dentist. All-in-all, I left the appointment feeling like my teeth had literally been drilled into and with no information about the condition of my teeth or advice on the treatments I'm considering. I've made an appointment with a different dentist for next week and hope that they will be more helpful.
All the ladies working at Dental Worx are great. I would recommend them any day. They make you feel so comfortable and explains everything so nicely. She is great with kids!
Never had issues with them, getting an appointment can be hard sometimes, they are very busy. Good dentistry though
