Have to wait too long outside in the cold even if you go very early. Was first in line but other people were served first. Staff not willing to assist you and want to give you attitude like they doing you a favour. Worst branch

Why is it taking so long even if one is coming to fetch their I. D.? It is enough that it took me about 5 hrs to leave HA premises when I came to apply for an I.D .Today it is past 2hrs others more we are still waiting outside to get our I.D's. We are sitting outside, the sun, wind get the better of us, there are no sits outside, babies are crying, it is a total mess. There is no shelter outside, Someone may collapse and die here. If the staff is short, can't the manager utilize the available resources to the best of his her ability? It is scary that in this day and age we are still treated like this.....No respect no dignity Kind Regards Zandi

The phone service is terrible. They never answer, instead they will cut all incoming calls. They don't deserve any star but the system requires a star in order to post your comments. This department is a waste of tax payers' money really.

6 application counters, 2 ppl working in applications. Photo booth Lady excellent service. Got here at 8am, still waiting to complete application. Is Nyana office short staffed?

Staff and service very good. All staff were polite and efficient. Renewal of passport and smart card applied for. Secure parking. Clean environment. Done in less than 2 hours.
