I would just like to know what exactly is the problem in kabega area concerning water. Water outages is becoming a huge problem in this area of Kabega, morningside and parsonsvlei. I don't understand why this is a constant problem. Please fix this as we are paying for our water, like I'm sure everyone else is. No water no pay. That's what we will do. Cause it's getting a common trend here in SA where one should just pay and you're not getting what you pay for.
