I booked an appointment on Tuesday, via telephonic discussion with the receptionist. I was told Dr can see my little girl on Thursday. Which automatically means the Thursday that is coming up. Which would be today. However, when my little girl arrived at the clinic, there was someone else booked in her slot and the appointment was made for the following Thursday. Teach your receptionist properly, train her with a script that'll stick in her brain. ALWAYS say the date and time. Send an appointment SMS or email whatever the case, as soon as the client is off the phone. Because this was unnecessary and unprofessional!! And where is the website for the Dr's? Do better!

Highly recommend Dr Christians. I had problems with adult acne. There's no time wasting and the issue is sorted in one consultation with a follow up (if needed)

I have to warn. Dr Christians is "overzealous", misdiagnosed me severely. Wasted a lot of my money on completely unnecessary biopsies, caused me a lot of stress. Yes he does talk over one, and is quick to assume the worst, or make you feel like that. Scaremonger tactics in my opinion. I got a second opinion and my problems were sorted so quickly and causes correctly identified. Thank goodness I did not listen to him. There are far better dermatologists out there. Never again.

I went to Dr Christians for mole screening after he was highly recommended to me by a colleague. His receptionist was friendly and helpful on the phone and when I arrived. I waited about two weeks for an appointment. I was very nervous but Dr Christians immediately put me at ease and was very professional, respectful and thorough. He explained everything in detail which was great, and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Christians and his administrative and reception staff disappointed us from setting foot into the office until we finally decided to search for a better dermatologist three weeks after the initial appointment. Dr Christians was rude, made very little eye contact, interrupted us and did not give us chance to speak. Dr Christians seemed rushed in the appointment and brushed over a few possible diagnoses without really wanting to go into the details. He promised a follow up consultation free of charge, but since he did not supply the bloodwork forms and feedback as promised after the initial consultation we decided not to go back to the second appointment. Find someone else if you are serious about your health.
