Little to no staff, overworked. Service is slow and to top it all off I saw the supervisor being harsh on one of her employees because the employee had to multitask with sanitising patrons, keeping an eye on the patrons coming in the shop while taking out orders to other patrons waiting outside in their cars for orders. Needles to say nothing will be done about it.

The experience and service I've had at KFC Despatch since it's opened has always been poor, whether it's service over the counter or the drive-through. They should look at improving their services.
It was good, the que was long though. But kfc despatch improved really.
Usually drive all the way from uitenhage for your wings but after today I'm just not sure. The wings still had feathers,they were not properly plucked and you should improve on your customer service. Picture below are some of the feathers sourced from our mouths while chewing.
Got both the orders wrong. But not only that, you go through the drive through for quick service, still waiting for the food, 20min infront.
Every thing was good, it's just the drive thru space that's a bit tight
The worst service ever. Waited 30 mins to get into the shop. One person assisting customers. Packing orders etc. Waited another 25 mins for my food. Pathetic service and the manager not helpful at all.
