Although the blame can be shared between themselves, the dodgy towing company appointed by Santam Insurance, and the brokers themselves, ultimately the end result attributes to DG. Vehicle went back twice with new mechanical faults after initial (bodywork) repairs. Although, if they half wanted to, they could have proved that they had merely done a poor initial assessment of all faults prior to under quoting for the repair, they chose not to, and after having no joy with proving said faults were not there before the accident, the vehicle was kindly returned to us with several parts stolen off it whilst parked in DG's yard. I would not recommend them to anyone, and would advise anyone sendong thwir vehicle there take their own pre-inspection photos when booking vehicle in, to make sure no parts are swapped out whilst in their care. It sounds so loud and in horrible pain when driving (thanks to the sub-standard after market fan fitted by them) that members of the public have actually flagged us down at intersections and told us to check under the bonnet as something sounds wrong.

Car had minor dent and some scratches at the rear. Rear window needed replacement. I received my car back with a massive scratch(about 20cm) in the window lining. They say it was made by the person installing the rear window. They took the car back and sorted that out. I also noticed my tail pipes had overspray on them. Also a wheel nut was stripped, they quoted me R2k repairs saying it was the wheel stud. So even though the final result is good, the workmanship is questionable. The staff are all really nice though.
