I usually don't contribute a review if I had a negative experience at a place since it could be an anomaly but DHL Hatfield deserves the exception for bad service. Staff just did not seem interested and there were literally no customers in the store and you would think this was a favor to me nevermind the premium one pays for DHL. Wow I'm just going to leave it at that.
For my request it was useless. The USA CONSULATE in Sandton has wef 7 April changed a system for receiving documents..which the dhl staff have not mastered. A most frustrating visit
The process is very efficient from when you step through the door but I thought the staff could have been friendlier.
They can offer weekend pick up upon request.
They keep you informed all the way. Package arrived ahead of time
