I've used web direct as my supplier for about two years and I absolutely love dealing with them. I'm one of those people who always does things at the last minute and they manage to pull through for me every single time. Whether it's a full laptop set up or a harddrive that I need because we're running out of space on set, they always make a plan. Wow ..... It is not often that you engage with a supplier who not only has excellent knowledge of their products, is quick to respond to mails, and executes orders in record time. The product we required was not available locally - WebDirect took it upon themselves to source ship and deliver within 24hours ..... In fact, it took me longer to hire a machine [from another supplier] than it took for me to get the new one from WebDirect I highly recommend and will most definitely make use of them again.
