Bought a watch for my son. After taking it home we found that the watch was faulty. The store refused to give us a refund even though we had had the watch for less than 7 days. Edit based on store response: this is not what you said to us on Thursday. I’ve supported your store for over 20 years. It is the only reason why I even go to Rand Ridge Mall. You were extremely rude and as a result have lost very loyal customers.
