What a lovely and professional salon! New to Ballito and thankfully I was recommended Babylon. Happy, friendly and welcoming staff from the moment you walk in. Lovely decor, ambiance and comfort. Great stylist who understood exactly what I wanted and delivered accordingly. Will definitely be back on a regular basis.

My hair was ruined this year with jono.. the bleech was so badly overlapped that most of it all broke off, top and bottom, my hair was beautiful nearly at my bum and he took that away from me after the bad bleech we decided to make it brown and he made it even worse at that point. I am devastated at what he did, I have yet to receive an apology or even have him own up to the mistake he made.. instead I was met with rude comments and blame on things that had nothing to do with what happend to my hair and what he did. The damage that was caused will take 5 years plus to regrow back to where it was. I cant get my hair back but I can just warn other girls.. I'm not the only one, there are multiple girls this year that have had the same results with him.. he use to be the best , what happened and where is my , im Sorry.. I can move past it. It's done. But own up to what you are doing and stop doing it.. In 2 sessions with you. you took all my confidence from me, you took away a huge part of me and then tried to pass blame. I was a good client and a i think a friend to. I deserved an apology and still do

I am so disappointed with the reception at Babylon Hair. The hairstylist I booked with is exceptional as always but the reception is the worst. I called to make an appointment and was supposed to receive a confirmation call since the system was offline when I did call which I understood. I received no call back which prompted me to call again during the week to confirm an appointment, giving the date and clearly asking for confirmation if it's possible to come in on a Sunday because I know some businesses are closed. The receptionist confirmed only for me to drive all the way out to Ballito and find the salon closed. I am half an our out from Ballito. Super inconvenient for me. Very disappointing. The hairstylists, I'm sure, are great. I've used the hairstylist I booked with for a few years now and I know her level of professionalism is superb. Babylon Hair gets a no from me though.

Hi, I had exceptional service from Babylon hair, had to make a last minute appointment with them, and they were so friendly and accommodating to my twins and I, from the receptionist to the ladies who washed our hair and even the stylists! All that I can say is Wow to their service levels... Well done and keep it up ..
Fantastic hair salon - everyone very welcoming and friendly. Sam is an amazing hairdresser, she does incredible cuts and styles - really awesome.
