The service was slow. The person who helped us had no idea what car we were talking about and the car has been there for 5 days with no intent to actually let us know what was wrong with the car or when they would have an answer for what is wrong with the car. A terrible first impression to start off the year!

Excellent service. Bit annoying to wait 20 minutes from 7am for the service centre to open as I was told to be there at 7. Service provided by staff made up for it.
