I searched online for someone to assist with acquiring a document, Don't Q came up and I contacted them. Mirriam was my contact and was absolutely on the ball from the get go, kept me informed, nothing was an effort for her and I got my document within a week. Highly recommended!

Paid, spent a ton of time, and applied for a driver's licence in 2018. Since then, I can't get hold of them and no licence. DO NOT USE THEM - you will lose your money and time.
They have literally stolen my money. Paid to have my municipal account registered. They took the money and have stopped responding. When I call, Lynne feeds me with lies and claims that she has no time to check emails. To date, no registration done and no refund of my money.
In April last year I approached a company called Don't Q as I needed to get my husband's unabridged birth certificate. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Mirriam Skosana, I expressed the difficulties I had been having with Home Affairs and she immediately assured me that they would have no problem getting me the document and that it would just take a couple of days, she then asked me to make a payment of R950, which I did without hesitation as her confidence had convinced me that I was in good hands. I gave her all the relevant documents as well as receipts of payments made to Home Affairs, yet she sent me all the same documents to fill in again. Anyway I did every thing I could to facilitate the process yet they failed to deliver and still I wait!!! I was patient knowing that Home Affairs are quite something to deal with, however I would have thought that with their contacts and experience as well as the speed with which they asked for payment, that they would be able to deliver, yet here I still am waiting for the service that I paid for!!!
Used them to apply for the renewal of my drivers license card in Sep 2018 - am STILL waiting. The application process was relatively painless, BUT after that there has been no feedback at all. I have phoned repeatedly to check on the progress, and get promises of feedback and if it is not ready yet, of a new temporary license to tide me over, but nothing happens. A colleague of mine (whom I'd ironically originally encouraged to use Don'tQ) applied for her license in November (on her own) and received it months ago.
I contacted them early Wednesday morning to enquire about a process, the lady on the phone asked me to send an email to their info account on the website so she could send me the details. I still have not received a reply. I wont he using their services nor recommending them.
I have received excellent service from Don't-Q over the years. Thank you Auri, Lyn & the team for going the extra mile for me. If you are looking for the ultimate service, this is the company to use.
The woman who answered the phone was rude, and the lady she transferred me to to did not listen to my query properly. I sent her an email as requested with all the information and attachments and have not heard back from her. It seems that they are not able to deal with anything other than very straight transactions even when you provide detailed information.
