Dr Carl Swanepoel is a gem in every sense of the word. In Dec 2019 he endoscopically removed a Zenker I had. He is brilliant at his profession, has good bedside manners, is a humble human being and unassuming. Yet he gets the job done in no time and the best way possible. The best ENT I have ever met.
