I highly recommend Dr Jay! I've been to at least 3 chiropractors in the last two years and I've really thought that this was just a money making scheme as none of them could fix the pain in my back and neck. Dr Jay is an exceptional chiropractor. He managed to alleviate tension headaches that have persisted for years in just one session. His expertise is evident during his sessions since he is able to diagnose underlying issues without any prior patient knowledge or information and treated these accordingly in order to provide long lasting relief. He was also able to identify prior injuries that I had sustained and was able to treat these better than anyone I had previously gone to for treatment. One session provided I instant and long lasting relief to continuous pain I had been experiencing. He is definitely one of Cape Town's best kept secrets and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

What an amazing person. This man has an innate power to move people’s lives and positively affect your well being. He can do this with his hands, needles and trust.
