I was not looking forward to this appointment. I generally find medical specialist in the Garden Route to be curt, clock-watching individuals who speed you through their procedures as fast as possible. I was very wrong. Dr Faul's staff were super professional, and literally walked me through the various tests they performed before I saw Dr Faul. There was also no lengthy waiting period before being seen. I think I saw three different specialist technicians before seeing Dr Faul. He then carefully described why the tests were necessary and sat with me going through the eye scans they had performed, explaining what I was looking at. Not for one minute did I feel he was rushing to see the next patient. I thank you and your friendly and super efficient staff for being so thorough and so professional.
