What a wonderful place! The ladies in the front were welcoming and they tried their best to keep us comfortable. Dr Surajballi was very sweet and warm. Would definitely recommend.

The day of the surgery, she greets you with a warm smile to assure you that you are in a professional hands and there is nothing to be afraid of. The surgery took less than 30 minutes and you were done. You are sent off with a care pack and detailed instructions leaflet explaining you as to how you should take care of your operated eye and the set appointment schedule for the after care check. For me personally I was scared but her seamless way of performing the surgery put me to ease, I can't wait to do the next one. Thank you Doctor Mr G Dorasamy

My 6 year old twins were referred to Dr Surajballi by the optometrist and we had a very pleasant experience with her, she was professional and thorough in her tests and she was compassionate and caring towards the little ones. She went the extra mile to ensure that the checks were done accurately and has called us back for a follow up check up to ensure the diagnosis is 100% correct. She is passionate about what she does and she has her patients best interest at heart. I would recommend, anyone who has an eye issue that requires special care to call on her, as I consider her to be the best at what she does.
