Received good service from Dr Sifumba. His staff members are friendly. Thanks to Laura for caring and being supportive. She was my midwife during birth at metro martenity home, my little one is 9 months old now. Thanks Dr S. And your team.

Firstly he is the most insensitive Dr I have ever met in my life. Secondly he got very defensive when I asked him questions mind you I had a serious problem so I needed all the answers. So I basically left his practice more lost than I was before meeting him. Meeting him was a total waste of time and money. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Receptionist are friendly doctor proved to be very greedy and uncaring. Would never recommend him, this guy is uninterested in your well being he is just after making money. I consulted him last on the 23rd December he referred me for blood tests which I had to do follow up for 3 weeks with no direction only for him to tell me to pay for another consultation so he can advise according to the outcomes of the results as I'm still suffering from what I initially had when I consulted and was given nothing not even advice. I asked he write a letter for my work for early maternity as I'm not coping,you should see the sillyness in the tone he used for document I need to submit at work. I can't believe he works with pregnant woman you can miscarry just by his experience alone. Find another gnae ladies he is not it

Sometimes he's friendly and very helpful and sometimes when you frustrated and needed straight answers and advise he won't give you..he would just say you are free to go get a second opinion(like really)..this is sooo frustrating bcz you trusted him with your life for sooo many years

We tried every doctor and the only one that provided straight forward, truly helpful assistance was Dr. Sifumba and his staff. A special shout out to Nurse Laura who went out of her way to keep me comfortable. If you want excellence that's 100% affordable, practical, and has your best health interests at heart then this would be your best bet in East London.

I was not impressed about the "lack" of compassion and friendliness of the doctor. He has no time for his patients and rushes you to the next patient -busy or not busy at his practice. He also does not give you satisfactory answers when you ask him anything. I would not recommend any expecting mom there. Cle Q
