We ordered the Grant cot and 4 drawer compactum during the lockdown. During this time, we were told that our baby may need to be delivered early and we worried that the nursery would not be ready. Jacquie was extremely accommodating and reassuring. She made special arrangements and our furniture arrived in time! The assembly was very straightforward and we are so happy with the clever design, quality and end result. We love our nursery. 5 stars, highly recommend this company! Bought changing table with drawers and rocking chair - Quality is average for the price you pay and be prepared to wait a long time for the items. Service is also average - They never informed us that we need to settle outstanding balance before they ship the items and we ended up waiting 9 - 10 weeks for items. They also never came back to us when we asked them about their mattress protectors. Salesperson informed us that they use real wood, but I doubt this since they inform you that the wood cannot get wet.

i was recently at this store, honestly the website does not even do their work and baby furniture pieces any justice. The items look even more stunning when you see it, great quality too. These guys have the most elegant nursery pieces. love it!!!!

We ordered our custom baby crib along with a Sealy mattress & a rocking chair with a matching ottoman - probably the best money ever spent. My baby sleeps so soundly at night now. Jacquie Frost went above and beyond for us! My baby quickly outgrew his co-sleeper and it became so dangerous co-sleeping. We had some delivery issues with carries since it had been lockdown but was quickly sorted and the owner of dream furniture, Kevin personally came out to assist as well. My order came 4 weeks after placing them after noting I needed them urgently (customers can do this with customer service). The quality is amazing and love every item Thank you Jacquie for understanding the need for our items, my little boy loves each and every item. You followed up with me promptly for my order and assisted with adding the wingback rocking chair last minute too. You absolutely rock! Will definitely be buying again for baby number 2!
