This is one of the best outdoor retailers in South Africa. They stock a wide range of products and the staff are not only very helpful, but also very well educated about outdoor equipment. This is by far my most favorite place to go shopping for camping or backpacking gear!

The staff are generally knowledgeable, and if they don’t know they are wise enough to ask someone who will know. This sometimes comes at a price though, so other places might be cheaper but good luck getting any reliable info from the cheaper chain stores. If you need a specific price of kit this is the place to go.
