Not too bad. Staff was helpful. We went there for licence renewal. Took an hour and a half. We booked a time slot. It was quiet ... not too many people. Small venue. Parked close to entrance. There was a booth outside where we could take photos for the temporary licence.

Received terrible service renewing my driver license this morning. The staff was unaware of the online booking system - how do you implement a province wide system eNatis and the staff are not aware of it? Secondly the staff were incredibly rude and i was sent from pillar to post for 2 hours. People were required to queue close to open pits which I think is a serious safety issue. Another unmaintained government facility.
I had a booking on 24 March 2021 at 09:45 to do my Learners at the Westonaria DLTC. On the day when I arrived, I was informed that we will not be taking the test because the Officer who conducts the tests is sick. The lady informed me that they will let me know when my new date will be. To this day, I have not received any feedback from them. I also learned that the Westonaria DLTC no longer has a Telkom line. So it is impossible to contact them. Kindly advise on what I can do to resolve this, or when I will be able to finish my Learners Test, or perhaps a refund so that I may check other available slots.
Very slow. There were not a lot of people in the queue but we were all there for at least 4 hours for a drivers licence renewal
Arrived at 10h40 Close the door in your face and locks office for lunch time at 12h00 till 14h00 Official lunch time on the board 13h00 to 13h30. No pride. But comes salary time, that better not be paid over 1 second late... UPDATE: it's now14H00. They finally opened the gate. It's now taking more than 30 minutes to print an in invoice as proof of license renewal. Meanwhile the queue is not moving an inch. They will probably close the door and turn everyone away at 15h00
Does anybody have a telephone number that actually works for Westonaria DLTC?? Trying to find out if my card is ready for collection. I was there 17 December.
All staff on top of their game. Was a nice change and documents was on time with obviously counting working days.
Tedious! But at least the queue was not to long. Be friendly and patient and your day will move on quicker.
