There are children behind the counters .... must be staff children. I dont think this is a place where children should be laughting and playing and sitting at the desks. When we were eventually helped the staff member first wanted to finish her PERSONAL conversation with the staff member next to her and we had to wait. I dont think the Staff at this department is very concerned about customer service. If this wasnt an urgent matter I would have gone somewhere else. BUT I will never use their service again. We pay thousand to have a proper medical and use private clinics this kind of service and environment is completly unacceptable
