Very poor service, staff are very unfriendly, unhelpful and disrespectful. For one of the main branches in Durban, this store should be vibrant with passionate staff. Its a total disappointment to be there everytime. I force myself to go simply for the stock they have, thus the 1 star rating.

Got here at opening time of 9am but if you do not have an appointment you have to wait for their shift to start at 10am so why advertise and open shop at 9am if you are not going to serve your customers who contribute towards your salary. Worst customer service I have ever had in all the over 30 years of being a customer.

Can someone from this store please answer the calls. Very unprofessional of mtn. I can get anyone on the call centre to talk to as well and tried calling the store with no answer. How does mtn work

So many staff around but one at the counter to help with account queries. Already waiting 3/4 of an hour. This service sucks big time.
