How I wish one could leave a review in the form of a voice-note! Then I could fully share the anguish I felt in my recent encounter with Action Bolt. I walked into Action Bolt at approx 4.25pm. Reception told me flatly "We are closed". I pleased that I just needed one length of thread bar, for which I would pay cash. I added that it was not yet 4.30pm - their advertised closing time. Long story short, I was fobbed off from end to end while the SALES staff grumbled (quite loudly) about closing as though I was not even there. When it became quite clear that they would NOT be serving me, I put the thread bar down and walked out. They cared not a jot how far I may have traveled to get to them. All they needed to do was CLOSE. This used to be my go-to store for fasteners. But I will now frequent Action Bolt when I have no option. I can see from other reviews that the company can easily sustain the negative reviews - Management makes no attempt to respond or even reach out. If anybody wants to start a fastener company that treats customers like human beings, I am 100% game. The fastener business MUST be that lucrative to enable staff (and Management!!) to not give a damn about customer service. No stars for Action Bolt

Terrible service - not wiling to help and find the bolt i was looking for was eventually told to go to a spare shop apparently their bolts are not for automotive application in anyway. Natal bolt and nut a tiny shop had exactly what i was looking for. For a company to be proud of being under Wurth group please upgrade your sales staff.

Great range of products. Service and systems outdated. If you are going to shop here bring lunch a pillow. You will wait on average over an hour till you leave. I would suggest if you are desperate to shop here, order a week before.
