Over the years I have spent 10 of thousands of rands at this store. Last month I bought a fortnite jacket as a gift and told the salesperson it's a gift and asked for a gift receipt. The sales person told me that they don't give gift receipts and that the person can come exchange it if the size is incorrect. After the party I was told that the jacket doesn't fit. When I sent someone to change it, they were told that the exchange date has passed. They will speak to someone at their head office and give me feedback. I explained when I bought it that I won't be in Durban to do the exchange. The sales person told me to give the receipt with the gift. I was not explained that there was a 10 day exchange policy, although I told them the party was at the end of the month. Two weeks has passed since they tried to exchange the item. I have called in on several occasions and have been left frustrated. I will never buy another item from that store again.

Best game store in my book. Always friendly and super helpful staff with just the right amount of titles available including the pre-played section (where I do most my buying) if you don't mind a game already played before then like me head for that section. I'm a PS4 gamer so I can't comment on PC or Xbox. Only complaint is the trade in value of games you may be wanting to trade in as the really dont offer you much for your played games but this is understandable due to them needing to make profit and verification that the game is not stolen or unplayable. So its a good experience throughout. BT Games is still the leader of the pack.

Excellent service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was very pleased with my recent visit here. I accidentally left my ID there and Jabu called soon soon after calling me back with a complimentary gift to make up for it. I appreciated that, thank you. That means to me that they aren't just a normal game store, but one that cares for their customers.
