My daughter was looking for The Sims 4 PC Games and I called the store and the gentleman named Ayanda was such a pleasant, helpful person. He told me that they had 3 of the games in stock and he was willing to keep 1 aside for me until I was able to get to the store to purchase it. Then he assisted me in uploading the game onto my daughter's laptop (after working hours) and he was generally so helpful without complaining once. The store is very neat and kids friendly and they know all things relating to gaming. I was so grateful I purchased the video game from them and they didn't refuse to assist even after the purchase was done and the store was closed for business. Thank you Ayanda for all your help and advice. We need more people like him!

They have a rubbish returns policy. They did not exchange my razer deathadder gaming mouse for a refund simply because there was a tiny tear on the packaging, even though I could purchase the last mouse they had in stock.

The guy with the glasses who works there sometimes is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has an understanding of the games and is friendly, approachable and also funny. 10/10 would go back there.
